He specializes in Individual (Form 1040), Amended Individual (Form 1040x) Fiduciary (Form 1041), Not-for-Profit (Form 990), and Corporate (Form 1120 and 1120S) tax returns.
Mr. Mazzone concentrates his tax practice on tax planning, tax preparation and tax representation attributable to income, estate, gift, excise and franchise tax, treaty analysis, state tax comparisons, and sales and use taxes.
